Five strangers wake up in a small, dimly lit, concrete room to find that they are all chained to the wall. Before anyone has time to speak, the only door to the darkened room opens and a masked person enters. They begin to speak to the group in a rough voice. "You are all here for a reason. They point to the ticker on the wall that reads 15:00. “I will come back every 15 minutes and kill one of you, unless you are able to answer the question...Why are you here?"
